Return Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of your items. Products must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Wait for authorization – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same process as returns
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
