Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) to get your camping gear to you wherever your adventures take you.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our camping gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item for any reason, we’re here to help.

Return Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of your items. To be eligible, products must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Opened camping kitchen items (such as portable stoves or coolers that have been used)
  • Camping electronics & gadgets that have been activated or registered

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. Wait for authorization – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Package the item securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside
  5. Ship the package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the same process as returns
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the defective item.
